The Story
Active Mountain Life captures one of the places I feel most at home—on skis, moving through the mountains as the last light of the day settles across the landscape.
A lone backcountry skier travels toward distant peaks beneath a glowing sunset, surrounded by snow-covered trees and layers of pink, violet, blue, and gold.
For me, skiing has never been only about the descent. It is about being immersed in the mountains—the quiet, the movement, the changing light, and the feeling of being completely present in a wild place.
Active Mountain Life captures that feeling of heading deeper into the mountains at sunset, toward the place where wild feels like home.
